What a beautiful combination of designs - the colors are gorgeous.
Can't wait to see them after you pull the threads. Great work Carolyn!/Lillian
Putting that butterfly in the middle is really nice! Thanks for the photo on the mat too. Gives me a better idea of the dimensions of the project.
Ok. My curious mind wants to know...Whenever I do fringe, I have a problem about how to keep the fringe from continuing to come out. I end up doing a cross stitch to anchor the last thread to the body of the project so it doesn't unravel any more. Do you do anything to keep the fringe from continuing to unravel?
no it is the fabric i use .It is excellent stuff never runs ** the name just left me but it is what chiefs aprons are made out of ***oh i think its called heavy twill cotton hugs
Your table runner is very pretty, Carolyn, and pulling the threads is a good idea, when you don't want a doily outline.
Hugs, Lidia
So beautiful - I admire how you combine everything!
Thank you for sharing - Maria
Oh... very attractive. Love the butterfly. Thanks...Hugs.
the black butterfly goes perfect with the red of the cherries
That's very pretty and I like the pulled edges too.
Lovely combination Carolyn. I must have missed the post about the pulled threads, I'm not sure what that is, but I'm sure you'll do a wonderful job. Love Chris
P.S. I just had a look - I'm assuming you mean the edges of the runner!
