The classes are to try to sell the product. Unfortunately, unless it is a hands on class, what you will learn is what it can do but not how to use it. I do hope you manage to learn how to use it.
You are so very right, I hadn't been to one before and didn't realize this...do now. I also found out that most of the ones there already had the machine, so they did have an advantage. it was just misrepresented as the store ladies didn't know anything about the actual unit either. Live and learn. It's not in the budget at the moment anyhow. Thanks, sorry it took me so long to get back to you.
Sounds like the smart young geek I bought my Smartphone from. He kept "showing" me how to do stuff on it by doing it (upside down from where I stood). He just wanted to play with it. I kept telling him, if you don't let me try it, I won't get how to use it. And I didn't. The second time I went in and went straight to him and said, now I'm going to hold it and you're going to talk me through this. That worked - except he kept trying to take it from me!
Sorry I took so long to reply. :) Thanks for stopping by, I didn't purchase the cutter because of this reason. It was like a show and tell all about the educator and what she was able to do and accomplish with it. Oh well it was a day out with like minded people.
