Lovin' the Cross Stitch...so I did this Floral Frame as part of a digitizing cross stitch challenge for my class. I actually did the cross stitch with batting underneath it and then quilted the inside to make a table mat...this was a bit challenging for me as I had not used the cross stitch program before...but I am happy with the way it turned out...especially for my first try at it..let's see what my teacher has to say...

318426amazing - would never occur to me to incorporate batting - looks so nice!! - love all the parts - border, colors, inside quilted and blue binding. Did I leave anything out - I really like this!

Thanks Joann...I appreciate your kind words...this is done a decorating fabric like Moire...it is polyester, believe or not...I am working on a multi-hooping design that will actually be done on Moire..I love that look...
