We will all celebrate with you and in the meantime we will be praying for ALL involved. I think this is harder on the parents .. Beautiful Emma will be even more beautiful, if that is possible. Keep us informed on how she and Mom and you are doing
Praying now for baby Emma, her mom and family, other caregivers, and the medical team. This will be a great day in her life.
I can't imagine what her poor mommy is going through. Three weeks will seem like an eternity and I do pray that she has folks near that will be distractions and helpers. At least sweet Emma won't remember this time. Thank God that there is a corrective surgery and she will never have the stigmatism that children in 3rd world countries must suffer. Praying for peace and calm acceptance of whatever tools must be used for this to be a success.
Yes of course, and I can certainly understand your niece's apprehension. God Bless!
Mom needs prayers, as well as Emma, and her doctors. She also needs reassurance. Tell her I know someone had this years ago and today is about 40 years old, doing, looking fine. Bless you too for caring and being so concerned for both of them. Today is the day and will pray all goes well.-Toogie
Tell mum not to worry. Emma will cope fine with the splints. I am the mum of a son who was born with a cleft lip and palate. He is now 18 and has hopefully had his last surgery (January of this year) Little ones heal very quickly.
Absolutely consider it done. May God guide their hands and give them the abilities, Amen.
I know how difficult this will be for family as well as baby. All will be in my prayers. It will be worth it!!/Lillian
