Sorry, the ticket system has had some issues. We sent a PM concerning that. We don't know when the Ticket issue will be resolved.
Thank you. I will try that. I did send a reply to the help desk via the confirmation email I got for the "new" account, but if that does not work I now know another possible way to actually contact someone.
