Can anyone tell me how to contact someone at Cute Emb, Adorable Applique and Cute Alphabets? I submitted a ticket over a month ago and have gotten no response. I tried again today to submit a ticket and I keep getting a screen with lots of red computer gibberish saying user error??? I was a member previously--jstitch. My ISP changed, and on a couple of these sites I didn't update my email. :( Then a month or so ago I had a computer crash and I lost all of my passwords. So I can't request a new password. I have re-registered, but I can't access any designs I purchased in the past. I didn't download them then, because I had just planned that they would be in my order history for download.


Thanks for any help anyone can give.

Looking at your "user name" right now -- there is an issue as you do not have a user name. You can try to send a detailed PM to
test
(no capitals)
Include your old user name, email address and any other information you think might help.

Sorry, the ticket system has had some issues. We sent a PM concerning that. We don't know when the Ticket issue will be resolved.

Thank you. I will try that. I did send a reply to the help desk via the confirmation email I got for the "new" account, but if that does not work I now know another possible way to actually contact someone.
