Devon, you know the saying "difficulties do not come single"; but also "after hard times, the sun will shine"; so look forward and I'm sure you can start see sun spots starting. I just know that things will change in you life the good way.. why.. 'cos all our cuties are thinking and praying for you. We are a strong community and you will feel that. I'm sure next post you can tell us "sunshine" news. Take care my friend. Hug send. Linda
Be thankful you have the camper! My dear child , I am sorry for your situation, but many of us are under tougher times than we have ever been. My yard is so over grown and I don't have the thousands of dollars to take care of it. My meds and insurance cost take most of my income due to Obama Care. I had to replace my central heat and Air and those of you who live in GA know one must have Air. Just be thankful for what we have and pray that things will get better and don't forget to vote in the next election for our future! Kay
Kay, I agree with everything you have said. I, too, live in GA and wow, do we have a high electric bill this month!! Your last statement says it all!!
Hugs, Angel
embrace the situation. Let me know how the camper sewing works out. Our family of 5 be spending the next two months in our camper. we want to be closer to where my husband works (we cannot afford to move). I have been toying with the idea of taking the sewing machine, lol! my dh is sew not on board.
Hi Devon, I hope things will turn around for you very soon.......cost of living is really out running our wages these days.........take care....
Great to hear from you and I wish better times for you both.
Prayers for you. I know Father's Day is especially hard on those that have lost their fathers. But, I promise, it will get better as the years go by & the memories grow sweeter! Hugs.
I pray for you, Devon. I am sure that all your problems are seen by our dear Lord and He will take care of you. All the best to you.
Devon,
My husband and I have talked about living in our camper, and actually think I could, without a lot of frustration. I know it would give the word "downsizing" a new meaning, when one is used to lots more space. As I am getting older, taking care of my large yard and flowers was "therapy and pleasurable", but has become too much of a "task" now! Cleaning large living quarters truly becomes difficult, to almost impossible, so sometimes I hear the camper life calling my name!! We'd save a heap of money on utilities and taxes for sure!! I could use that savings to have more FUN!! LOL In all sincerity, cost of living these days is outrageous, and when health issues arise, and financial burdens increase it makes each day tough with many frustrations for those struggling to make it. Praying for things to greatly improve financially and health wise for you and your hubby! Take one day at a time; try not to think too far ahead, as it adds to the stress. I have been through many tough times in my life, but they all got better with perseverance and answered prayers! Yours will too, so hang in there knowing you are never alone, and so little in life is truly in our control, just God's!! May He bless you with strength and grant your needs!
Hugs, Angel
Prayers for you and your husband. Hoping brighter days are ahead for both of you. Hugs Lynn
Prayers are still with you! Hopefully things will start going better for you! Suzanne

Hope you find something you will like and has room for your machine. In the meantime just enjoy your camper and the summer weather. Things will get better./Lillian
So sorry to read about your issues DeVon. I do hope something comes up soon re your work times. Also I hope your husband's health improves. I'm sure you will a way to set your sewing machine up and get to do something you love to do - sew! God bless you and keep you under his care. Love Chris
Good to hear from you Devon. Today is harder for those who have lost their fathers. It's always a big reminder of them.
Great solution, living in the camper and I'm glad you are loving it while you look for other housing. Some folks do it year round and seem to be perfectly satisfied. I do hope you can figure out a way to set up your machine. Maybe one of those screen porches with a table would work?
You have a beautiful camper Devon & it is just the perfect time to be in one until you find something better suited to your needs. God will provide for you & in the meantime try not to worry so much. You are both safe & have a home on wheels. I am keeping you both in my prayers.~hugs ~
Devon, I'm so sorry to hear how tough things are for you right now. My prayers that soon things will get better. Thank goodness for your camper and that you love it. I hope you find a way to set up your machines. Keep in touch when you can.
