I use that "bumpy" shelf-liner inside my coasters/mug rugs which probably doesn't stop all the moisture, but figured it might help keep them somewhat dry. Have also seen where vinyl, or plastic tablecloth fabric could be used inside to help keep moisture down.
Great idea with the tablecloth fabric. I did put batting inside of these. The main goal, was morning coffee cups on the table inside the camper. Hugs
I'm never real interested in these, because once they're wet, they don't protect anything. BUT...looks like you could slip a stone coaster inside? Could be the solution for the ugly stone coasters!
You are soo right. They slip in easy and you can say you really are using the stones you didn't like. Hugs.
Love this design, and you have the perfect idea to use it. Nice fabric for your camper coasters! (Your corners are all perfect.... how did you do that?)
Thank you, It was all done in the hoop. I did restitch the outside edge just outside the original stitching and clipped my corners. Then flipped and used my corner pusher thingy around the edges. Hugs
I bought this too but haven't stitched it out yet. Good to know it looks so good. I actually bought it for the other design in the set, Love You To The Moon And Back.
Love the fabric and works good with the design, nice stitching.
