This is question about my inbox. I can't find a way to delete real old messages and are we no longer allowed to use the inbox then?

Im sure we can still use the inbox for Private messages

The inbox works just fine. I'm not sure of the trouble you're having but it should be working perfectly. We cannot delete old messages.
