Cuties, if you are getting information about the rules here on Cute -- from another source...then you might be misinformed. Why would you listen to message on another forum... when all the information you need is right here.
I have edited a post made a year ago to make sure pertinent information concerning links -- is clear.

No kidding! That's like taking someone else meds because you think you need it.........I always say go to the source, so much can be misunderstood as info trickles down a pipe line.......
