7/20 wanted to let you Muffin the kitten had her catheter taken out today. She is eating and drinking on her own now. We still have to keep an eye on her and feed her to let her gain weight again.

We got another kitten in today Long haired orange 10 week old with a bloody nose, thin and conjunctivitis . We are treating him also... He is with us so we can watch him closely to make sure there are no complications. Once healthy we will have him fixed and he will go up for adoption too.
I did adopt two kittens out today and three more people are coming tomorrow. They will have to wait for the babies until they are fixed and have their shots. Two litters are not quite two pound yet. Two litters are just being weaned. Still have to fix the moms too.
So my cutie muffin is doing better and turned the corner. Thanks for the prays and thoughts. As soon as I have some time I will post a picture of the cutie.

Are you getting into the adopt a kitten thing? This takes me back to my childhood as people let them out in front of our house. I found homes for dozens of cats and dogs. Not one was ever put to sleep. Kay

I'm so glad Muffin is now on the mend. I know she is one of your special cats and you worked your fingers off to save her.

It occurs to me that your house is the opposite of a puppy mill! Concentrated care and adopting out instead of selling!

I do not breed the cats. They come in off the streets already pregnant sick or hurt. The money I get from adopting them out goes back into vet care, spaying Neutering them and shots. Caring for the sick and injured ones too. I also trap neuter give shots to them and release feral cats. You would not believe how many need care and are sick. Some are people that move and leave their animals behind in apartments to starve. It is sad and I am helping them get new forever homes. Kittens born feral I work with calm them down into loving kittens and find them homes. Otherwise they would live Difficult lives outside No cat mill here at all. I am a rescue. .
