Love, love, love the bags and fabric choice. am not sure if I can get baby dry here in germany but i sometimes use shower curtain material for cosmetics bags and pencil cases, I only make them for friends and family members. But you do such an excellent job in sewing, still need more practice. Thank you for sharing. Hugs, Mary
Mary, I have been sewing for years and that's why you think it looks so good. I've had a lot of practice, just keep sewing. I am sure yours look fine. I know my first things I made weren't perfect by any means. I am sure what you are using is fine, too. I had the Baby Dry left from other projects, and since it was suitable for this, I used it. Thank you for looking.-Toogie
These are absolutely gorgeous and would make great gift ideas. I have so many fat quarters in my stash just calling out to me now. I just might have to borrow your idea Toogie! :) ~Charlotte
These cosmetic bags you've made look lovely& nice colors of fabrics too. Would you please describe more about the baby dry& where it might be found? Thanks for sharing your projects. :~D
Look below at my reply to peafarm. I usually find it at Hancock Fabrics Sku # 1371541. It is 54-58 in wide and $9.99 yd. You can get a 50% off coupon, so I never pay over $5. yd
What an awesome idea!! Love the fabric and the bags!!!
You always have amazing projects and amazing material! Just love your little bags. I recall the owl fabric but would have to look back at your other projects (which would totally be fun to do as you are so creative!) for the other fabrics.
The other fabrics was my thrift store finds, you probably forgot about in Community/Sewing. Thanks Nancy-Toogie
Always like looking weather there is embroidery or not. Great gifts.
Thank you for sharing Happy Stitching
Very nice. Not everything needs to have embroidery, these prints are pretty enough to stand on their own.
Wow, how cool and these would make great bridal shower gifts!
Well, I AM NOT getting married again-lol-oh, I guess you didn't mean me-lol-Just kidding Vicki and you are right, they would. Thanks for looking.
Great bags Toogie. They are well stitched and make great helps to have for your items or gifts.
Wonderful work Toogie. They are so beautifully stitched.
I love, love these--I would carry them like a wristlet!! Want to show off those beautiful fabrics. What is baby dry fabric? Is it what they call PUL [what they sell for making changing pads etc?? I've found that at Nancy's Notions online.
No, it is not PUL. It is a bonded fabric, one side flannel feel and the other a rubberized vinyl, bonded together. I had some PUL one time. Didn't use it for a while. When I did the backside was stuck together, when I tried to pul it apart it 'peeled' in places. I like Baby Dry a whole lot better.
WOW, your bags are super nice and especially well made. For sure, Love the owl an hearts...I made pencil cases , this week ( only 2 ....) and they are not pretty as yours. I had trouble with the zipper on a bag, on an other bag, I embroider an owl appliqué ( 25 steps). And I could not work a lot ( only 2 pencil cases...grrrrrrrrrrrrrr). In short, I will not be proud to show my pencil cases...I hope to make a new one today, with several owl embroidery.. lol I spent my life doing industrial sewing, but I sewed especially sweatshirt, zipper not often
Very beautiful work Toogie, love them
Hugs and thanks for sharing

Beautiful bags! I love the bags and the fabrics! Joyce
Super gemacht. Du bist immer so fleißig. Die kleinen Täschchen gefallen mir sehr gut, am liebsten mag ich die mit dem Eulenmotiv. Ich liebe Eulen!
Viele Grüße
Angelika
I'm glad you like the owls. This piece was left, from the 2 fat quarters I used, on the #2 birthday dress. I haven't been too busy sewing, but I'm hoping to get back in the swing of things, thank you.-Toogie
Well done! they are so neat. Love the boxed bottom.
Neat little bags could be used for a variety of things. Well done Sandra.
What a great bunch of zip bags!!! That's a good idea to use the baby dry fabric. It will make the bags useful for many purposes.
The baby dry was mostly pieces I had left on the edge from other projects. I may not use it so freely, until I am sure I can get more. I did contact 'people' so hopefully will still be available for me.
