Hi Raelene, the one below is the one I have and it's brilliant. At the bottom of the page is a video of how to use it. Each Die set has 3 parts - Cap, socket and stud die. The snap sets have two parts, socket is female and the stud is male. You put the Cap die in the bottom hole and screw in your socket or stud die and then place your socket piece in and it will click into position. Then take a cap piece and push the prong into the fabric. Just watch the video and it will all come easily. Once you've done them a few times it becomes really easy. I do all the top ones first and then change the die to do all the bases. Good luck with it all. Love Chris

Thanks for the link with the video. I really wish that I had purchased the press machine instead of the snap pliers :( Still have issues with some not staying put though they looked pressed down enough. I think the problem is the pliers hit before enough pressure can be exerted to do the job properly.

I have KAM snaps but I bought the press ,is its the same you put the piece with a pin through your fabric and the male of female piece into the other side the when you clamp them the pit in the snap squashes and thats what holds them together (do you get another die to snap the other side
