Made a eye glass holder for an older gentleman at camp.He used to own a large horse ranch.This design is from stitch delight .

Lovely work Carolyn, and the doily in the back ground too. I have a set just like that, one large and two small ones we call it a pineapple pattern They were made for my Mother by one of her neighbours as a gift. Now i have inherited them along with a lot of other crochet work. Young ones today do not seem to use doilies much.Suppose i am old fashioned, but i like them. Sandra.

I too love this type of hand work. I also inherited the ones of my mom. Some of them were made for her by an elderly friend and are over 100 years old. I wish I knew how to repair the ones that are damaged. Leaha
