I've just now seen this post.... and I agree that the add'l touches you added were very nice.
Thank you Sharon I too prefer the other............seems they are more dressed & I like that better then the scruff look. to each their own of course. ~hugs~
you should buy up a few more pairs of those $ 2.00 jeans, these would make great gifts.
How cute......have seen these done and am tempted to try one.......
Lots of fun to recycle-I have loads of jeans stored as well as other clothing to recycle---one day lol!
These are so cute. Love using things or material to recycle. Great job. Enjoy your weekend. Hugs.
I think these are amazing. You have done a really fantastic job Loralye
You have made stylish and functional aprons, Loralye, well done!
Hugs, Lidia
What a terrific job you have done with these recycled jeans. Sandra.
These are so cute, I hope you will be able to find the fabric at a later time. hugs
clever, and may encourage some to actually put on the apron! I always wear one when cooking, so that I can come back into the sewing room and know I haven't got food on me.
Fabulous use of recycling the jeans Loralye, they look great. Love Chris
I had a "Brain Flash" and realized that to use overalls would have the bib attached, also. Oh, my. I donated my overall shorts to charity a couple of years ago as they were all too small and no one was wearing them any more. We could check a good will store for jeans and overalls. They would make a great Father's day apron gift with masculine fabric like team sports ,etc.
Really cute idea. My daughter has a few pair of jeans she doesn't wear any more.... I might try this. Thanks for the inspiration.
It is always a great feeling when we are able to recycle something. You did a great job.
