I paid for a subscription can anyone tell me how to download without being charged? I have tried to download and it keeps trying to charge me.

Just a little hint from my mistake - if you are even starting to think about changing brands or adding a different brand machine, go ahead and download both formats while doing the one! Also, on the boxed sets, you get the JPEG, which is a nice way to keep up with the thread colors.
