This dress towel you've done looks delightful& the birds design is so attractive with this fabric print too. I'm particularly fond of the birds as I enjoy bird watching. Thanks for sharing your project along with the site info for this pattern too :~D
I brought this to the top to tell you. First I couldn't remember where I got pattern, so could not put on here. Second Pinterest has several patterns in the kitchen towel section. Mine is two sides front and back. Both are finished with lining on both front and back. towel is cut in half. one half sewn on front, one half sewn on back. Both sides are attached at the top of shoulder. then put over oven door. Each side has a snap at bottom of dress top to snap and hold both side together. There is a free pattern for the dress top on pinterest also. Good luck, if you have any questions, please ask.
thanks for bringing to top again & the info about patterns - had never visited Pinterest before & now have discovered a new world of ideas.
Very cute bird and choice of fabric could not be more perfect! Enjoy your holiday weekend, before you know it those long winter days, you will be back to stitching once again. Pam
Lovely towel and a very nice gift! The birds are so cute ~ very nicely done. Joyce
This is very pretty. I was wondering if you could tell me where you got the pattern for the topper. I like to make towels for gifts and that would be a nice addition to the towels. Thank you for sharing !!
very cute towel & embroidery design! Can you share where the pattern comes from for the towel please as I am always on the lookout for new designs. ~hugs~

What a great design for a towel. I also thought it was a dress. So cute, love it.
This is just beautiful. The bird is perfect for the fabric. Does anyone know who the manufacturer of the fabric is? I would love to get some. If anyone has any left and can look at the selvages and give me the name and mfg. I would appreciate it. Great job. Also, thanks for advising where the design is from.
Fabric is from JoAnns.... I bought it last year, and they still have it in stores and online.

Beautifully done! This is my favorite type of hanging towel and you have done such a good job -- it makes me wish I had time to sew today!
Yes, I know how you feel. I have been watching the cuties for last three months and wish I could have been sewing, but will have all winter. Thank You
