Hi Cuties, I thought that I would show you some eye glass cases that I embroidered awhile ago. I just embroidered a piece of material, then cut it to shape, adding lining and a feature fabric boarder. The added elastic loop is a hair tie, sewn into the seam.

Thankyou for looking

Love your eye glass cases. I agree with you and mops, a lot of things we can do the"old" way more quickly and unique.

Hi elemausi, Yes I think sometimes it is just as easy to do it the old fashioned way and be done with it. But then again there is a lot of great ITH crafts you can buy, that turn out a lot neater than by sewing machine alone.

Hi Chris, Yes they turned out rather well, I thought. I have many more cut out, but put away until I get the urge to Machine Embroider again.

Hi noah, Thankyou so much. I had lots of fun making them too. The Machine Embroideries came from Daphne Neville an Australia lady who designed them.

They both look very pretty. That's how we used to do it and I still prefer it to ITH designs. But not everyone will agree with me.

Hi mops and tilde01, Thankyou so much, I used some Machine Embroideries from Daphne Nevilles designs, she is an Australian Lady who holds small classes where I live in South Australia. You can find her designs on the internet.
