I placed an order today through PayPal, for several items. None of them show up in the Download Library. I think the design company was "embfamily". Has anyone ordered and had problems from them??

It would be nice to hear back from this person in response to the suggestions which people took the time to make in order to help.

Go to www.paypal.com and log in with your email and password. Then click on My Pay Pal in the right upper corner. The next screen that opens is your order history. It will show you the company and the amount of money you were charged. Go from there. check your paypal account. that will tell you what company you ordered them through. Just remember that if you ordered them today, it is Sunday, so that could be the problem.
