Lovely work. I like the lace at the edge of the zip
What a bright and cheerful little purse! Thanks for the hints on how you made it.
This is gorgeous.... The fabric, zip and lace are what make it so striking. Love those pansies! That is certainly a different way to put the zipper in.... interesting. --Sharon
I just love the pansy fabric it is my all time favourite fabric , I have yards of it , I just love what you did with the lace I made lots of these little zipper purses for our Breast cancer morning tea last year they sold like hot cakes I have already stared to do more for next year . Cathy
My favorite flower so glad you saved and shared. It is beautiful in my book. I love the zipper as you have it with the lace.
I will agree Sue it is an unusual way to do the zip but the end result is lovely!~hugs~

This is awe inspiring--I've been so afraid to try anything with the zippers.

Ooh! I love this. Yes, that is unusual to put zip in after fabric has been stitched and quilted. Everyone has different ways of doing things I suppose. I used to have a whole stack of those Pansy fabrics, must have given them away over time! It is stunning Sue and I love the addition of the little bit of broderie anglaise lace. Love Chris
