Hi All, I am still here lurking in the background. At the moment my machines are having a rest and I am doing a Cross stitch (by Hand). It is so slow and I keep thinking that I wish I could do this by machine. Will have to wake up my machines soon as I am running out of stock for my Markets. Always looking for new projects to do and amazed at what all of you cuties achieve.

It's good to see you. I do hand embroidery at night. I'm still addicted to it and have lots of kits left to do. And floss to use up. I've taken up to 5 years to complete a large hand embroidered project. They get done eventually. I do hope you get back to machine stitching though. Gotta keep up with your stock for those markets.

Good to see your post here Lyn. I too do a lot of "lurking" here, sticking my head up occasionally. I had my machine serviced lately and am hankering to get back into some machine embroidery. Would you believe it had been 5 years since the last service, it was well overdue and the stitching was very bad, it needed a new bobbin case. Hugs Marg

I find it hard to find someone close to service my machines. My problem now is that I should be outside in the garden after the Cold Winter we have had in SA.

It's nice of you to pop in.You make some pretty special items for us to drool over also. I use to do counted cross-stitch...found I was 'counting' challenged. :~(((( However I learned some very creative ways to disguise my whoops. :)

It is slow. I keep thinking I should be doing so and so. Guess this is why I have so many UFO's

How long do you have? It is going to take me ages. I will be back to my machine before I finish the X Stitch.

If I keep going at the moment , will not get any machine work done. Cross stitch is so slow. Might be a UFO.
