I am wondering if anyone knows where I can find a design for a newborn baby where you can enter all of their details name date weight etc. I have seen one somewhere but I can't find it. Its in the shape of a square

Mad Woman of Locke Street has some nice Birth designs where you can enter the information. Sonia Showalter also has some nice baby designs and Blank Monograms that would fit the information. I hope you find something you like. Show us what you choose... jane

If you don't find one, start with a big square of fabric, divide it into quadrants, "type" your info centered in each segment, and then use wide pink or baby blue grosgrain ribbon to separate the quadrants. (Could add some mini baby design in each sector.)
