This will be the last piece I get done for this first show.... I call this a Sharf....it is a scarf/shawl....however the person wants to wear it..too forever with all the cabling..the true color is in the 3rd pic....I am showing the front, side & back, that way you can see how easily it can be converted as a scarf or shawl.... I am showing the shawl way, but my manequin doesn't have arms, so it looks kinda wierd..

It's really lovely! I love the look of the cable knit. It adds just a bit of je ne sais quoi.

Yummy. Young looking in the front, old lady from behind - I can say that: I wore my shawl this morning!

This is just gorgeous Vicki, you are so multi-talented. I don't find time to knit! Too busy with other things I suppose! I hope you do brilliantly at your show with your stall full of lovely handmade goodies. Love Chris

It looks nice and comfy! I agree on the cables taking a lot of time, but love the results. I am knitting something for my granddaughter, loved the thinking and puzzling involved and have yet to decide how to do the neckline. I knitted in the round till I had to split it for the armholes. The colour is not exactly right as I took it at 9.30 pm without flash.

Beautiful! What a labor of love this is! I would love to see a picture of the sweater upon your completion as I can see why you are debating just how to make the shoulders and neck. What a treasure it will be for your granddaughter! Thank you for showing us. Pam

I love the heart. I am curious to see how you are going to finish this.

Brill - I like knitting in the round. Makes sure everything is the same length! LOL.
