How cute! I saw the Halloween version of the Hang out design, and what a difference the colors make. Thanks for sharing.
What a cute little bat! Your tag looks fantastic on that purse! Nicely done.
Toogie, I looked for this darling design but no longer a freebie--I just passed up some of that fabric/plether? but wished I'd bought a piece now. Love your tag---but--I want the purse it is attached to-----LOVE IT!!!
I got the vinyl at Hancock Fabrics flat fold table. It was $5. yard and 60" wide so you don't need much. Better get some but this brown color was a little thick for my snaps. It had like a felt backing and double was almost too thick, for my snaps. I'm sending you a pm(if I don't forget-lol)
I love the stippling. I just can't get the motion & rhythm to do that! beautiful.
Try free motion at your high/fast speed setting. I find if I do it at a lower/slower speed, I make too long of stitches. Don't look too good at mine though. On a dark fabric like the cell phone bags I have in Sewing, I don't see very well on dark and I crossed over a line a couple of times. I also have days, when I don't have the control I would like to have. Just practice, I find it very relaxing, for me anyway. Just keep trying and good luck, you can do it-Toogie
You have such talent!!! Hugs, Laura*
lol-My husband says its the machine. I say and the digitizers! Great designs-thanks Laura
The bib is cute - colors can change a design so much. The key fob goes perfectly with your lovely purse. Great work :)
I think it goes together well too, thanks. I agree about color changing the look. It's kind of like when our teacher passed out our coloring sheets. It was always fun to see what colors each of us used. Thanks for looking-Toogie
Love the Toogie fob! And I agree, the bib design is one to used all year. It is really cute, and you did a great job with the stippling. Was it the free motion method?
Yes, it was. I just dropped my feed dog and wandered around. Thanks for looking and you hit down on the B instead of up on the T, it's Toogie, but I'm sure you know that. If my words didn't light up read, when I hit the wrong key, no telling what you'd read here.-lol
Oh TOOGIE, I am sorry (again). I actually did spell it correctly when I typed my note. However, when I use the small screen, I can't always see that auto-correct function has changed what I wrote. I tried to turn it, but it doesn't want to stay turned off for some reason. So, I have to type more words, then go back and correct. Sometimes I miss a few. So sorry!! I'll fix it now...
That's quiet okay..I'd rather be called Boogie than some other names I can't think of-lol
Well done Toogie, the bib looks wonderful. Love the Toogie tag as well, love Chris
the stipple quilting really brings out the best in the darling little bat! so cute.
I was going to omit stitching the fangs on this one, but I was paying attention when I changed colors and the fangs are stitched first. Oh well, maybe next time. I really like this design combination, of applique and stitching.
So cute.... I saw yesterday that this design was a free one, ..... but I couldn't find it.. could you post where it was at again. Thanks...
I like the idea of it not being just for Halloween... smart..... Thanks for sharing. Mechille
It was free at the time I got it, but I think it's $3.50 now, and that might be a sale price. I will try to add the link, but I can't on this comment. I will have to edit and add at the top post...I like it too for all year round, since sometimes her Pops puts her a Christmas bib, at Easter, etc-lol
Thanks for letting us know......it's really cute and you did a wonderful job.
Toogie, like the pink bat better, both nice but this is my favourite. The material looks good stipple quilted. You have done a lovely job as usual. Thanks for sharing with us. Sandra.
I like this one better, myself. Looks more cheery, than the other. Thanks for looking.-T
Very cute and I like the nose and smile on that happy hanging bat. Very nice key fob also.
Thanks, I just loved his little nose, kinda looks like a heart. The key fob was a freebie and I added the Toogie, Kim was so nice, to make for me.
