Nice....there are a number of Anita parties sponsored here in So. California, but I have never attended one...nice to know you had a good time!
Sounds great. We have a nationwide "Sew Saturday" in a couple of weeks. It is supposed to beevents held in local fabric shops. As we don't have one of those our friendly local Janome dealer is hosting. We don't have a big name design company though, only me!
Oh I am so jealous. lol (well not really) but would loved to have been there. Been a long long time since I've been able to attend anything like that and I do miss it. Very glad you got to go and enjoyed it,/Lillian
These shows are wonderful aren't they Grace? I went to one here in Newcastle a few years ago when Mr Zundt came to Australia with the Echidna Company from Queensland. It was wonderful watching all the machines stitching out designs and looking at all the new things in the Embroidery world. Love Chris
Mr. Zundt's designs are awesome, too, though not photographed or packaged well. I think his design sales may suffer from a lack of exposure in US. So perfectly digitized. Was he easy to understand in person?
sounds like a really fun time.. I am sure you learned lots of great ways to do things.. using stabilizers and the such.. now show us some super projects.. and you made so many new friends..
I share your excitement. I went to an event by my local Brother dealer and Anita Goodesign awhile ago. It was so fun and I learned a lot. Was lucky enough to win a CD of designs. Was a great experience. Hugs !!
