They look great! Did you have any trouble embroidering on the burlap? I keep pulling it out to try and chickening out? What type of stabilizer did you use? I've read so many contradicting info?
I used a double thickness of burlap and stiff tear away Pelon 806 stabilizer. I left the stabilizer on the back. I have made pillows out of burlap and only used one layer and then torn the stabilizer off - so depending on what you want to make you should be ok either way. :)
I'm sure the newly weds will appreciate these lovely gifts.
Very elegant looking, love the colors. They will really enjoy these.
Wonderful gift well done. Thank you for sharing and Amitiés de France.

These will be well received.......great stitch work!
Great gifts! I like all of them, but especially the Mr. & Mrs. pic. Would you share where you got the Mr. & Mrs. design?
The Mr. & Mrs. came from Boutiquefonts and it is call Mr & Mrs Arrows. It really stitches out nicely and fairly quickly.
Thanks for letting me know this. I think that would make a nice gift for any time.
I am thinking about making one for my sister and her husband for Christmas - they've been married since '88.
That's a great monogram. I especially like the frame you used and where you placed it. Well done!
Well done, they make a lovely gift set & I'm sure the happy couple will love them ~hugs~
