You can't believe everything you read. Just took the challenge on Designs by SICK to find the hourly hunt. When I found it, it said (I am not making this up), 47 people have tried the hunt this hour. 74 people have found it.
Sort of reminds me of the old joke: 67% of all statistics are made up on the spot, I mean 63%.

I just clicked on the hunt now and it only says how many found it. No mention of how many searched or it.

I saw that a long time ago and didn't think anything of it. I was sure it had its reasons for being different. The comment about different formats makes sense.
