looks very yummy ,I make my own jams as well.taste so much nicer than store bought
Lots of work and your family will appreciate it all winter long. I wish I had the shelf storage place for these. I gave all my canning and jelly jars away, only saving a few. Kay
You have been busy. By the way sis, the blackberry looks great. :) Hugs
What a nice lot of jam you have made, love blackberry. Would not last long at all in my house. yum yum. Sandra.
Delicious looking jams & My fave's too. If you don't mind me asking: What do you have on the tops & just inside the ones without lids? Plastic Wrap? I have never seen it done this way & am curious. They do make lovely hostess gifts too, especially during the holidays ~hugs~
Hi, on the inside are greased proof disc & on the top cellophane, this is damped down then as it dries it shrinks and gives a nice tight seal, I understand you do canning. Jean xx
One of the things I really enjoy living along the Southern Oregon Coast area is our wild blackberries-People have a hard time getting rid of blackberries here, so no one here actually plants a blackberry bush. You can always find places to pick berries each year and they get huge with all the rain fall we have. Enjoy your jam. Maybe you should stash away a few jars, so you can pull them out in the spring as a special treat and surprise. Pam
Nothing better than blackberry jam on a hot buttered biscuit or toast!! These look wonderful, and I am sure they will be enjoyed!!
Hugs, Angel
YUM..YUM blackberries are a favorite of mine..along with strawberry.
I am joining everybody by saying Raspberry and Blackberry are my favorite as well. My children wait every year for the blackberry jam I make. Looks you have quite a collection of goodies.
Well neither would last long in our house. My favourite jam is Blackberry and I'm rather partial to Raspberry too. Well done, love Chris
