It is from Anita Goodesign stuffed animals. It is 5x7 but I did it at 92%. I really like this set of designs. I have also done the horse and whale.

I gave it to the new mom today and she was excited about it. Her sister really liked it too so I told her when she has another baby I'll make her one also.
