This is from the Dakota Collectibles Fringe Variety. You do the complete design and then on the back cut the bobbin threads in certain areas. There are instructions how to do it. The ponytails & pompoms are fringed.

LOvely project. Your GD will be very proud of you.

Thanks, I know she'll be excited. 2 of my daughters were cheerleaders so I know I'll be making my other GD sweatshirts with this cheerleader on.

I always thought my grandma was the best and that she loved me the most, but so did all her other grandchildren.
