They have turned out just perfect, well done. Love the bright materials. Sandra.
Oh I love the pockets on the back. I like your fabric choices too.
Love the colour combination. This purse is excellent. I thought your other one was good but can see now what you meant.
Practice makes perfect and I love the fact that you didn't give up on it and kept on trying to resolve the problem. It's turned out beautifully. Well done, love Chris
Thank you. I am going to do one in pink and green and have a few more ideas to try.
This is so pretty-I was looking at some designs and I think this is one I have. If I ever remember to stitch it out I will heed your remarks. Thank you and I do love the pocket quilted.
You did Lovely job!!!!Great design...Awesome fabric you used!!!!
Nicely done...and you are not being picky...I would contact the designer and let her/him know you had a problem..sounds like they may need to revise the file...
As they say, practice makes perfect, and this is a perfect project for sure! I like how you solved the problem with the back pocket. That fringe flower is a great design element too. Well done!
WOW!!! It is very nice. I love the colors. I have this design.
Thank you for sharing how to do it!!!
Kathy
Thank you. An unquilted pocket defeated the whole idea of quilting the back piece.
very pretty. I like this color combo and agree with you that the quilting on the back pocket adds a nice look. I couldn't see what you were talking about with the size differences on the other bag, but on this one... it's perfect.
The outline stitching that went around the quilting design showed along the outside seams on the original and that bothered me. I felt that it should have been hidden in the seam. So now on this one it is. I know that I am just being picky but that is just me. I sewed professionally for many years and everything I did had to be top notch. Old habits die hard.
