Love the blanket stitch. And the Maylar under the flowers.... a stroke of genius!
Hugs, Roberta
So very pretty! I am envious of your large hoop size your machine will stitch!
So pretty Carolyn. Hope you are staying snug and warm up there. Snow will be deep before you know :)
WOW WOW WOW That is stunning. About time you did something for yourself. It is so pretty.
It is so Stunning...Great work done for Yourself!!!
Oh Carolyn.... this is really pretty. It's time you made something for yourself. I like the denim thread also and love the mylar under the flowers. Wonderful job. There's that blanket stitch again. I really like that. Keep up the good work, as I know you will. Have a great day and Happy sewing/embroidering. Mechille :)
What a nice combination of heart and flowers! The flowers are the perfect design to keep that mylar anchored in place. I can see where this will be useful all year round too. I think it would be a nice wall hanging too, just to leave up all the time. Good work!
Beautiful work. It is time for you to make something for yourself.
Truly a work of art - and it's all yours! Haven't used Mylar yet- yours makes me want to try some :)
Oh this is really pretty Carolyn & I am happy to see that it is for YOU! ~hugs~
Very pretty...haven't done mylar yet...
not hard at all .Just put a piece under were in this case the flowers go .It should be quilted lots so it stays there in the washer lol
Beautiful. Still love the blanketstitch. What brand came out with denim thread? thank you sandy
Gorgeous, love the saying and the mylar flowers. They glisten in the photo, bet they really glisten in the real light. Beautiful work again, Carolyn. Hugs.Lynn
It's beautiful! So nice that you get to keep this one!
this is very beautiful Carolyn...and I also love your favourite saying...
So nice you made something for yourself! It is very pretty. Do you like the mylar? I have used it a few times but not on anything that needs laundering as I don't know what the outcome would be.

Absolutely beautiful. I have just said WOW at least 3 times - for the mylar effect, the lovely border, the size of the project, the colours etc.
Great work. (Oh yes, and another huge WOW for doing something just for YOU).
So glad you have done something for Carolyn. You deserve that and more for the deserving person you are. It is beautiful and you truly are blessed .Hugs /Lillian
Loving the mylar under the flowers and the border is great!
Beautiful Carolyn, I've never used Mylar and the results shown here are spectacular. I love the large blanket stitch border, is that in your design or do you do it separately at the end of doing your work? Love Chris
I think the blanket stitch is built into the border before the satin stitch is done...at least that is the way I have digitized mine in the past...
Nice job! I have not used mylar in a while , but I do love the results. Kay
I love how mylar changes colours and gives so much sparkle to a project.
Glad you did something for you for a change.
