I can tell it's November, the stores have the Christmas items and decorations on the shelves, At least I did not hear jingle bells.

I wish they waited that long here. Lowe's was putting up Christmas trees in the beginning of Oct. I went looking for a camp chair to use at my GS's soccer games, and they didn't have any left.

I love Christmas Carols and wish they would play them longer after Christmas, then again I also leave up a few of my favorite nativities year round, as Christ's gift was meant for more than a single day of the year. Now as far as the commercialism of all holidays, that I could do without. The stores just focus on where they can make the most money and sadly Thanksgiving is loosing out to Halloween and Christmas.

I find it so odd that halloween is now more recognized than Thanksgiving.
We seem to skip over it and go right to a secular Christmas.

My husband has had the Christmas carols going in the workshop for the last month. Says it helps him work on gifts but I think he just really likes them. Hugs. Nan W

I had Christmas music in the car today. Love it! I am hoping to decorate better this year and get into the spirit of the season.
