I bought a design on a site I found on facebook and was unfamiliar with. They were having a sale and it rang up full price in my cart and would not go through, so I cancelled it and tried again later, this time it worked and I got the sale price. Then I got an email from the site owner apologizing for the mistake and offering me $1.50 refund or a design worth $2.50. Today she sent another email offering me 2 designs of my choice, I explained that I got my design at the sale price and she owed me nothing. Her reply-

15-11-08 I agree with gdsteliga. Please share the name of the company. I am sure the owner of the business would appreciate it, as well. With so many stories about the 'poor customer service' of a number of companies, it is a breath of fresh air to hear of a company who thinks of the customer and goes the extra mile to be sure the customer is satisfied. But, then to write you back and give you an 'atta boy' for being honest...it goes without saying it's a company practice we would like to see more often.
