You were right about this design making a wonderful placemat. This design is quite useful and lends itself to a lot of different projects. Nicely done!
Looks pretty good...... I think enlarging it looks fine. Thanks for sharing. Mechille :)
Love this large table mat! Well done to you both.
Hugs, Lidia
Beautiful work by you both. Love the fabric too.
Well, Mops, Martian, Martin, Martine, I looked at a close up and guess I don't see what you see [a gap] I think the 5 berries on the one cluster and 3 on the other are very complimentary. Carolyn, you have done a very nice job on your sample. I think it is a very nice design.
Thank you. Carolyn did a great job and I don't like it when a test shows imperfections in the digitising, be they ever so small. I know that's what tests are for, but even so ... :) I think a small correction of the pull compensation would make that le
Mops, I know how you feel about not having your work that might have some small imperfection out there. But here we all know you and that your work is absolutely fantastic! I'm still obessing over a project I just made that had a loopie in it that I removed...but I still know that it was there and left a tiny imperfection. sigh.
That looks so Christmassy. Your table will look so nice all set up. Glad you were able to try a larger size. It was nice of Martine to do it for you.
I have one question "Do you ever Sleep ?"
I also believe she must have a double.... she works all the time. OH to be as productive as she is.....
Very nice...looks like you are lovin' that big hoop!
Thanks for testing it for me, I am glad you are happy with it. I see a small gap between one of the hollywood leaves and its outline, or is it a shadow. The berries in the cluster of 5 were too big to do as columns/satin stitches, but I forgot to change the smaller ones in the group of three as well, which is quite inconsistent. I'll correct that. I hope to have time next week to try it out also, too much going on just now.
Three weeks ago you called me Martian, this week it's closer - Martin; but usually I react to Martine, or mops :).
I hate the auto-correct on my iPad, it seems to have a mind of its own. :(
i guess i should say we have 3 male friends with this name and i get mixed up Sorry:(:(
Never mind! i have 2 cousins (male) who are called Martin. And I can smile, the Martian still has me giggling.
This is a perfect size for a placemat. I hope you get to do a set of these. Well done, so much work involved in these. Love Chris
Carolyn, you will have avery smart looking christmas table now. Well embroidered. Sandra.
And you have a lovely placemat for your Christmas table. Now you need to make how many more?
