Well worth all the efforts - looks so beautiful. You can now enjoy it for years to come. :)
Sue you have done amazingly with stitching this design. I love it!

Bringing this back to the top now I've added the beads.
Use a decorative brad from a scrapbooking or a paper shop that specializes is wedding invitation or use fairy lights in the center. Even a decorative button with a shank. It does look beautiful
It's gorgeous. Maybe it should be tied onto the "big" gift to your DH each year? I'm tired of FSL right now. It either works or doesn't. Sometimes it's my hooping, sometimes it's their digitizing and I hate wasting all that expensive stabilizer material!
Must have been labour intensive, but well with the effort put in. It is just beautiful. Sandra.
I love it!!! Why did it give you problems? I love doing FSL, I do it all the time.

Beautiful Sue, I'm with Penny - I'd glue them and have some of those little stamen looking things in yellow, or some small gold beads. Love Chris
This is an absolutely fabulous stitchout! Can't you just glue them together? Poinsettias usually have a yellow center, so maybe you can join them by stitching on yellow beads through all the layers.
Oh you made me laugh. That is how it goes in my house. I have lots of craft stuff, just knowing where it is when I need it is the question.
Your poinsettia however turned out beautiful. I think I know where my paper fasteners are, till I want to get one to mail to you. :-)
Can't help with the paper clips but I'm sure you will sort something out. The poinsettia does look great.
Turned out Beautiful!!! Your patience prevailed!!! Amazing!!!
You did a beautiful job. I love it. This would be so pretty resting on a Christmas Tree. I will have to see if they still have it. Wish me luck.
I think it is that my new machine doesn't seem to like fsl so you shouldn't need luck!.
......do I hear Kam Snap fastener....
That was the first thing that popped into my mind too when I saw the picture, before I even saw your comment.
