Hi everyone. I have no doubt this is posted in the wrong place, but hey - forgive me - my first time here. Which brings me to the reason for the post. I have no clue how to "use" this Cute Embroidery thing. Paid my 6 months subs, but now what? Where are the designs I can access? And why does my log in not work even though my username appears along the top menu bar??? How can I be a non-member (which is the message I get when my log in is rejected) when I have a username at the top? Ugh!! Too hard!! Help, please!

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome and the welcome advice. I think I've got it sorted now. At least my log in worked this morning, so that's got to be a plus, right? Curious to know how some Cuties seem to know I'm in Australia ... obviously there is some kind of members details area I haven't yet discovered. Save that for later. I did find quite a few alphabets to download (more than I was expecting, so thanks to the digitizers for offering them). Alphabets are my "thing" rather than cute (excuse the pun) embroideries, but there were some that appealed nonetheless.

Cheers, Pam in Hatton Vale, Queensland, Australia

Hi Pam. Now everyone knows you are from Australia since you mentioned it. There is no membership detail area. It was just that 3 of the Cuties have identified themselves being from Australia - pure coincidence. Glad to see you have solved some issues.
You can also in next 6 month go through all the 253 pages of designs. Have fun

Welcome to Cute. Lots of confusion, but more fun! Don't forget to scroll down the page and check out the freebies on the sister sites. I missed that for quite a while! Also, while you're downloading, if you are even THINKING about someday buying a machine with a different format, go ahead and download both formats! Have a blast.

Welcome to Cute. If your username is at the top you are already logged in and do not need to log in again. Take your time and explore the site there is a lot to learn and a lot of helpful people to assist if you have a problem. Enjoy. Hugs Marg from Australia.

Well I seem to have resolved the "where are they" question. Perhaps the wheels inside my computer (or Cute Embroidery's computer) turn slowly, but when I went back to the designs after posting the comment there was a Members Download Free button beside the designs I browsed. Great! I won't know until I log out and try to log in again whether the log in problem has fixed itself also. Fingers crossed. There was an alphabet I especially liked and I can't seem to find any alphabets/fonts so if someone can point me in the right direction for them, I would be grateful. TIA.

O.K. Pam - go to the DESIGNS tab. Underneath TODAY'S FREE DESIGN click on any letter. I chose A for an example. A new page will open up and over on the right hand side you will see ALPHABET, APPLIQUE, ALPHABETS etc. Scroll down the page and a whole list of different Alphabets show up. You can do this on any letter. Love Chris

Hi Pam, welcome to this wonderful site. If you go to the DESIGNS tab and click on the PICTURE it will bring you to a page where you can download it. Do not click on ADD TO CART.

If you go to the Q&A section there are posts there on how to operate this website. I do hope you stay around. It is a wonderful place and there is someone on here 24/7. Where are you from?

I am from Newcastle, Australia. You obviously can log in as you have written a post and lots of people will see it soon.

Wherever a HAND symbol appears look at all the tabs. If you make something please post it in the PROJECTS SECTION.

If you need any more help, just write it under the COMMUNITY section and lots of like minded women/men will help you out. Love and blessings Chris, Newcastle, Australia.
