Absolutely very nice and beautiful doily love it great work hugs Stella
Absolutely beautiful. You have done a great job. Lovely vibrant Christmas colours.
This is gorgeous Lidia, with or without metallic thread!
Hugs, Roberta
You do such beautiful work! I bought the design from Sue so I could give it a try. Probably will bypass the metallic thread! :-)
Welcome to Cute Embroidery and thanks for your comment.
I'm looking forward to see your project uploaded here, under Projects.

this is gorgeous no matter what you did or machine wouldn't do. Just lovely. Sometimes I've been able to get those dreadful metallics to work and others not so much--no matter which way I try to feed it thru the machine and large eye needle. I've tried all kinds of tricks for that thread.
I have used the same metallic thread for the previous doily, without any problems. I was using the same fabric, same settings and a new needle so I didn't expect any problems this time. Maybe the thread has become too old . Thanks for your comment, Patti.

Thank you for continuing to delight us with your beautiful creations.
Beautiful.....Great work...Awesome design....
It is lovely as it is, even without the final highlights. I think the red fabric with white/bright colors show up quite nicely. Sorry to hear your machine didn't like the metallic thread this time around. Hope the rest of your holiday stitching goes well.
I have used the same metallic thread for the previous doily without any problems so I didn't expect to have any this time.
Thanks for your comment, Maureen.

Beautiful!! But then again you always do beautiful work!
It is beautiful and makes a nice set with the last you did,
Another lovely doily. I got the email from Suebox about the flash sale and noticed both the border and a number of Christmas designs, including this one, can be bought at bargain prices.
Yes! Sue is offering the designs for a super price and Lidia's inspirational stitch outs lead me to buy a few. Thanks Lidia for sharing!
Another beautiful piece Lidia :) I love the border!
Thank for sharing your great work :)
PERFECT! I do the same if something isn't right, I unpick it all! Love Chris
Thanks, Chris. It isn't easy to unpick those microscopic stitches, fortunately I have been able to stop my machine soon after it started stitching :)

I do not know what is missing, because it looks just perfect.
I have just added a picture of the layout I had made before my stitch-out, showing the missing gold contour.
Thanks for your comment, Angie.

Does not look as though any thing is missing to me, it is a beautiful design from Sue Box. You have done a great job with it. Sandra.
This is so awesome! Would also be gorgeous in white linen, with beige and greige threads as very neutral. Can't imagine that there is a step missing, this is so lovely. Have a great Christmas.
