This is beautiful, Mary---I've never tried working with the Deco Mesh but will at some point. In my area EVERYONE makes door wreaths and wall wreaths out of this product. It is supposed to be easy to work with---I just wonder.
Thank you, It is very easy to work with. Fast too. The flowers took time.
Very nicely done. Thank you for sharing. Happy Stitching
Awesome work done!!!!Think it is Stunning!!!!Love it
Very nice. I would also use shorter candles, as suggested, but also add a candle sleeve at the base of the candle to catch any dripping wax. Would not want to mess up your beautiful Advent Wreath.
Thank you. I changed to reg sized candles that is what I used most the time in an old worn out wreath I had.
You've done a terrific job. The poinsettias are great. If possible would try shorter candles. Long burning ones can be purchased. This can be carefully packed away after the season and used yr after yr. .It may turn out being an heirloom with just new candles every yr. Well done. I love being creative and crafts/Lillian
Thank you. I put some reg candles in since last night they are about 3 inches shorter. I was tired of an old worn out wreath made several years ago with plastic greenery etc. So yes will hang onto this one for a while.
You have done such a beautiful job on this and I love those flowers :)
I too agree with Carolyn and would suggest using shorter candles....they would compliment your beautiful centerpiece even more :) thanks for sharing with us!
Thank you. I found some reg sized candles put them in since I put this up last night.
Brilliant! I like your idea to colour the lights as well.
Thank you , I think your peace doves would look grand in a wreath as well.
What a lovely centerpiece for your holiday table!!!
Love it Mary But**** shorten them candles i am not tall enough to light them hehehe.
You got great creative ideas hugs
They are very skinny ones lol. Will light one Sunday after Thanksgiving while enjoying our dinner. Might last for the next 3 Sundays. At least that was the idea anyways. Some candles burn way to fast. Thanks and hugs back.
This is a fabulous centerpiece. You did a great job putting all the elements together. The felt poinsettias are lovely with the metallic thread.
Beautiful job and I'm sure it will add to your devotions and fesitivities. Like your idea of coloring the lights. P.S. For other projects and other cute sisters - many of the colored lights can be turned back to clear lights with a little nail polish remover.
Thank you also thanks for adding the fix to clear them back up if needed.
This looks fabulous, very creative. Love the embroidered poinsettias, you have done a great job with this project. Thanks for showing us. Sandra.
WOW! Mary you've done a wonderful job and it looks so festive. Congratulations on the beautiful Poinsettia flowers they look awesome! Love Chris
