use a soldering iron the pencil type, yo get a rid of unwanted organza.
I have one of these waiting to be done, they look beautiful, Well done, Trish
Oh my this is adorable! Can you tell me the name of the embroidery?
It was embroidery library. Here is the link to them.

Hugs.
These are very lovely designs. Any tips for glueing them together? I had glue everywhere and they still have gaps in the seams. Hugs. Nan W
I hand sewed. If you sew, do it before soaking out the wss. It is to stiff after and makes your fingers bleed. Wonder how I know that :) Hugs.
Aha- but you used that 4 letter word! (hand) Guess I will have to break down and go that route. Thanks. Nan
Lovely. I have stitched out one of these but as yet not glued it together. Glue & me do not go very well together. Huhs
Better to glue, I think. I hand stitched it closed. Probably would have been easier if I did that before I washed it. It was very stiff to get a needle through. Hugs.
What a great project! Is that a little battery candle inside?
You did a great job. Use some Fray Block or Fray check if you mistakenly cut some threads.
Lovely tree.
I made one of these as well but didn't put anything behind it and it turned out well. Sending it over West as a tree you have when you can't put up the big tree. Baby 11 months old and crawling.
I tried once without the organza and when I washed it, it was not good. Guess I should not have been rubbing it. My bad. Glad yours turned out. Hugs.
it looks lovely as it is. On my to do list as well, so very pretty. ~hugs~
