Nicely constructed! I like the pink strip added to the handle, and the design made me laugh! I always appreciate not raw seams too.
What a pretty gift bag! Love the blue color as a back for snowballs design. And I agree with everyone that the ribbon really does dress the handles up.... I'm going to try that on the next one I make.
Thanks Sharon, I like this idea too & people have really commented on when it was picked up, which is good business for me. ~hugs~
It's a lovely bag. The blue makes a wonderful winter backdrop for your snowball appliqué..
I like using ribbon on handles, no need to turn them after stitching, just iron the seams to the front and stitch the ribbon over the raw edges; perfect.
Thanks Martine such a good idea & a great way to make them wider without the fuss. I think I will do it again since I quite like the affect. ~hugs~
I Love it , the handles set it off a treat.thank you for the link.

Great job Loralye. I think the splash of colour on the handles is a particularly good idea. It goes great with the blue. The recipient is going to love this!

Very nice. The ribbon does add that extra touch. Cute embroidery design. I must say well done on the French seams. I admire your skills to get them right.
This is a very pretty design and a very useful bag. Enjoy stitching up many of them. Word of warning... if you send any snowballs my way. they will melt before arrival. hehe
