Cindy this is heart breaking. I lift you all up to the Lord. Times seem to be getting harder and harder for so many. . Make lasting memories and pictures this Christmas especially for the Grands. So glad children are near to help. Family support is so very important to each other . Thank you for letting us know all of this/Lillian
Thank you Lillian! We have been doing activites with the kids that my husband loves to do every Sunday. Bowling, decorating the tree, the boys helped buikd a new shed in our backyard, and playing cards and other board games. We are trying to live in the moment and make good memories.
Cindy that is devastating news. My prayers are with you and your family. This will be a precious season for all of you. May you hold each precious second in your hearts.
Thank you for your prayers! We are trying to live and enjoy the moment. Peace!
Cindy, I really think you are smart to do all the investigating you can. I went to the Mayo Clinic before and they really do their testing. They have knowledgeable specialist, from all over the world.
It sounds like you are ready to face this challenge head-on and I pray for strength for the long run, peace for God's will and joy for the moments he still knows and enjoys life.
Your family sounds loving and your friends supportive.
May God bless you all this holiday, when we celebrate Christ's birth. Toogie
Thank you Toogie for your prayers. I am not sure about how strong I am all I have been able to do is take it one day at a time and some days I can barely do one minute at a time. But with God and my family and friends I keep plugging away.
Oh yes I know exactly what you are talking about. Sending prayers and hugs. Suzanna
Suzanna, are you familiar about this disease? Did you have a family member who had this disease? It has really caught me off guard and I am trying to get all my paper work in order. along with taking full responsibility for all bills, finances, medications.
Yes my first husband( unusual but we are friends) has this disease. You are doing the right thing by getting things in order and going to the mayo clinic. My heart goes out to you, your husband, and your family. Suzanna
My prayers are with you. It is a very sad situation, and I pray that God give you strenght to cope.
Cindy I am sorry that you all are going through this but happy that you have such a loving support system. Keeping you in my prayers ~hugs~
Devastating for you all. So glad you have your support system (family and friends) in place. You have a wonderful outlook, wishing us peace in the midst of all this! God bless your caregiving.
Thank you, but thinking of others is so imporant in life. We never know what someone else is going through! There are days of anger and tears, but I need to live in the moment and enjoy the time we have together while George can still remember who we are.
Oh my! I'm so sorry to hear this. Don't hesitate to vent any time you need to. You will always have many an ear and shoulders as well as prayers when you need them.
So sorry to hear of your difficulties. You are in my prayers. Families are such a blessing when life is difficult.
Thank you for your prayers and yes I don;t know where I woudl be without my family and friends, who can see me at my worst and still be there whenever I need them.
