Great job!!! I love working with fleece, but I would think it hurt to do this "Blanket of Love" With your torn muscle, wow! I feel for you, Have a Merry Christmas & REST!!! Hahaha! Hugs, Judy...
Great job, don't know how you managed with your wrist...I hope you are doing better.
Your blanket looks awesome Loralye. He's sure to love it. Please take care and rest your wrist. Haha gotta laugh at me saying that. Me who's fighting balance issues right now and still sneaking into the kitchen to bake. It's hard not to when you want Christmas to be just so. Least this year I'm not doing Christmas dinner, the kids are tho I was asked to bring cookies. Have a wonderful Christmas this year and take the time to rest and I will too. Hugs~Charlotte
Before I read your entire post I mistook your abbreviation of sil to mean sister-in-law and I thought to myself, "My she is a tall one." My mistake made me smile. Merry Christmas to you. Teresa
thank you all so very much, this can be an overwhelming time for some of us. Me included...........I guess what gets done will get done & what does not will not sigh........
Great work Loralye, hope you will rest over the holiday season so your torn muscle can repair. The blanket is beautiful, i am sure it shall be appreciated. Sandra.
Well done, it is great and you have achieved wonders with your torn muscle. I hope it will be recovered over Christmas.
Hugs Pam
Perfect blanket for the tall young man. Love your latest bracelet fashion statement. If only you could embroidery on it. Of course you need to put a ribbon on it with a tag 'Do Not Open until...' i would suggest you rest but I'm thinking at this time of year that is a useless wish for all. hugs
you do a wonderful job of these blankets, I am sure it will be appreciated, keep your wrist wrapped, and try and get some rest, hard I know , but we will all be thinking of you in our prayers for a speedy recovery,. hugs to you, Trish
Great job Loralye and I do hope he appreciates all the work you've put into this. This is the sort of wrist strap that I wanted Mum to have. I do hope you can rest yours a bit what with all the work you still have to do. Mum had her cast taken off on Thursday and she said her wrist is still a bit sore. The skin on her arm was all flaky so I told her to exfoliate the arm and the skin looks a bit better now. She went out and bought just an elastic type stretchy thing to put on the wrist. Love Chris
Thank goodness you get some relief with the brace. But I know the smile on your SIL will ease the pain when he sees his blanket
Hope sewing All done...So that the arm can rest..Gorgeous
Great blanket your SIL will love it. Hope you can get some much needed rest for your wrist. Hugs Lynn

No-one unless you sew knows how much work goes into something like this.
Well done my friend:):)hugs
thank you so very much Carolyn, I rested it as much as I could but I need to get things done so wear it I must, I know that you understand this all to well too ~hugs~
I'm glad you have less pain with the brace. I agree, people have no idea how much work it is to make something for them.
This is a very "manly" project! He's going to love it
thank you Penny, I think he will like it since he takes our daughter's pink camo one all the time lol ~hugs~
i hope you're feeling better, Actually, only rest helps there - do nothing, but who is able there already . . .best wishes, hugs Maria
thank you Maria, I know rest will help but there is too much to do & not enough time to wait lol, ~hugs~
