Oh wow, that is very impressive. The colours you have used are great. Well done.
wonderful work here! well done Mistakes made are only creative licensing, you just changed your mind is all ~hugs~
I love this quilt. The stained glass affect is awesome. Good job. You son must have been very happy.
It's a wonderful quilt and I just love how colorful it is.
Only God makes perfection, so I wouldn't worry one bit about switching 2 of the animals. This will be something your son will treasure his whole life because you loved him enough to give of your time and talent, and if you're like me, a goodly bit of DNA in the making. :)
This is really attractive and I wouldn't worry either about the different animals. Love the stained glass effect, he will love it. Love Chris
Thank you, yes he loved his quilt, it was due to him a long time ago since his sister already got hers a few years back.
What a lovely project this is -the colours are fantastic. Noone would ever know about the interchanged animals unless you tell them, so I think you can selectively forget that detail. I'm sure your son is more than happy with this work of love.
Thank you, yes my son loved the quilt. I always loved making quilts out of my scraps.
Haven't you heard, every quilt should have a mistake. That makes it an original!
Looks great, well done. used black is very good choice
Thank you, yes, I always loved the effect that black strips give on a scrappy quilt bock.
Beautiful quilt! I doubt anyone would have noticed the switched animals. Thankfully it will not detract from his enjoyment, warmth and comfort he will get from your labor of love creating it for him! Thank You for sharing with us!
Thank you. You are right, the mistake did not detract from his loving the quilt made by his little mother dear as he fondly calls me.:)))
