Have you looked on ebay.? They sell lots of hoops and they might have your hoop. Hope you fine one. Mechille :)

You can still buy the hoops. Sew for Less has them in a set. I have the 300E and it is the same as the 350E and they fit fine. I bought the set and even with postage it was cheaper than I could buy one here in Australia.

Just looked it up. The brand they have is Sew Tech Reg price $325.96 Sale price $119.99. In the set you get Hoop A Hoop B Hoop C ( this is a free arm for small things) and the Giga Hoop. And free super saving delivery if you are in the states. Worth a look. I have been using mine for more than 2 years no problems.

Yes, that can happen. I hate it when they stop supporting our older machines. Definitely a ploy to get more money. I buy two frames for my machines...just in case as I keep my machines a very long time.

Have used my hoop taped back for 2 years. My teacher suggested Super Gluing it back and letting it sit a long while!

I would be most unhappy, as this machine is not that old, and why did he take the machine. Try another dealer look on the net. Below are good sites. Sandra.

I'M WONDERING AS WELL. I HOPE THEY AREN'T JUST TRYING TO SELL A NEWER MACHINE..I CRACKED THE INNER HOOP YEARS AGO AND HAVE BEEN USING IT TAPED UP FOREVER -YOUR OWN MAY BE WORSE, THOUGH :)

I find them on Amazon, ebay etc. He may want to sell a new machine in that case you need a new dealer
