I just could not get into my ARTlink 6 this morning. First I thought it was my computer but everything else worked just fine. I tried and tried. Eventually I downloaded ARTlink 7. Not only did that work but my old ARTlink 6 sprung into life as well.

annoying when the computer does it's own thing, but nice to have all working again. Is ArtLink a program for digitizing?

No, ARTlink is for Bernina machines, enabling one to be able to load designs either straight to the machine or on a flash drive.

Sometimes we have to try try again, don't know why things don't just keep working for us all the time. Changes are so difficult for us to adapt to, glad you were able to work it out. Sandra.

I have had that problem also, but with 5. I usually shut my computer down and restart. Then it works.

I tried restarting it several times but that did not work
