Well done, it is lovely & I hope that your partner is on the mend & doing much better! ~hugs~
Fantastic job Love your material and color combinations - I tried to make one and it ended up in the trash. lol :)
There are a few YouTube tutorials on making these wallets, and also a facebook group (NCW ADDICTS) that I joined that have free add on files and are a great help
Very nice!!! Your sewing is always so perfect!
Thanks Cathy, I haven't been on here much as my sewing machine is getting more use than my embroidery machine of late. Hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
I have missed seeing your wonderful creations, glad to see you back on. Percy is growing like a weed. I will PM you a picture!
This is sew beautiful, love everything about it. Perfect
A few more pics of the wallets I've made, each one I make I am improving on. love that I can add 2 zip compartments
I'm not much of a fan of wallets, but seeing yours I'm beginning to appreciate how fantastic they can be! Your attention to detail and eye for color and fabric combination is amazing. I don't think I've ever seen a latch like that before on one of these wallets. Can you share how you insert a latch like that?
wow, that is realy gorgeous! great job and compliments to you !!
Wow! Karen, that looks so professional, you've done such a marvellous job on this wallet and I love the colours and fabrics you've used. It's good that you finally got to make something yourself. You always do such beautiful work on your bibs and nappy covers and children's clothes. Lovely to see you back, I notice you've not been on since October, have you been extra busy? Love Chris
Thanks Chris, I have had quiet a busy few month with my partner having 2 surgeries in less than 2 months, it's been an eventful Christmas and New year.
You executed this pattern perfectly! Congratulations!!
I am intrigued as to how you have the lining so smooth. Is this fused to the exterior and to each piece?
Most pattern pieces have been interfaced and the body and flap have peltex (a heavy stabilizer) in them.
This is so beautiful. You really have mad something that will turn heads.
That's beautiful, elegant and professionally made. Love it!
Hugs, Lidia
I think you did a wonderful, professional job/Lillian
Oh, I love it! My machine would never have sewn through all the thickness. Great job!
