Why is it like that?. When I am not logged in and when I log in, the sewing and the crafty in Community switch places?

When I am in the community section, Sewing is before Crafting, but when I am in the crafting section, it comes before sewing. I don't know why, but it doesn't seem to make a difference when I go to either section.
