Sorry annita - this is a face washer tied in a triangle with 6 disposable diapers inside it and tied with a bow - the bear is a purchased bear and have just tied same ribbon around the neck to match. Just a quick and easy gift idea thats all

I must confess - i didn't make the bears, just a quick and easy gift idea for a newborn. No sewing - just a stork sack type idea with disposable nappies, and tied the ribbon on the bear to make it match. *4Ur comment
