I have a board meeting with our local Vets to do embroidery work for them.....these will be patches that I will take with me as a sample.......I need to cut them out and iron on a iron on backing, then they will be ready....
first I have to hit the edges with fray check...........
2nd pic is of them cut out....I chose to use fabric under all the stitches to make the patch more sturdy.....

I made sure that it covered all the gold satin stitches and it darken it just a teeny hair, but by covering the whole stitch there is no variance in color......

4666Wonderful design. Perhaps a duck type canvas would work with heat bond on the back before you hoop. I supposed you could get a number in one hooping. Don't underestimate yourself and sell these for $5 a patch. I am anxious to hear the results. Keep us informed. Kay
