Just in case my post was taken the wrong way. I will clarify What I was saying is the pictures are the same only colours and sizes are different. I wasn't saying the designs belong to someone else.
Sometime digitizers buy their artwork from the same site online. These sites may sell more than one set of the same designs. So it is not uncommon to find the same designs on more than one embroidery site. But, as was mentioned, the end result is simply how well the digitizer digitized it, and varies as different digitizers have better skills than others. That's where free samples come in. They give samples away so that you can see how well their designs are digitized...or not!
I have noticed the same clipart designs on different sites but they are usually digitised by the site you buy from... stitch directions and type are different.
I am certain there are other differences as well. I don't download from that site -- but if you looked at the stitches you would probably see that they were done by different digitizers.
